Birdy : First Concept

A few days ago, I saw the wonderfull movie “Dark Crystal” once again. During an really long AfterFX rendering, I tried to define a concept close to the Skeksis design, a kind of “birdy” character but more “dynamic” and “agressive” than the original Skeksis. For now it’s just a really basic design, with only 1 Million polygons at the 7th level of the Mutlires modifier. I only used Blender 2.65, so no DynTopo is implied.

Il y a quelques jours, j’ai revu le magnifique film “Dark Crystal” à nouveau . Durant un très long calcul sous After FX, j’ai essayé de définir un concept proche de celui des Skeksès, personnages proches des oiseaux, mais en plus “dynamique” et “agressif”. Il s’agit pour l’instant d’un design très basique, avec seulement 1 Million de Polygones au niveau 7 du modificateur MultiRes. J’ai utilisé uniquement Blender 2.65 et par conséquent, le DynTopo ne fût pas utilisé dans la conception.
